THE LEGAL REGULATION OF RELATIONS IN THE SPHERE OF PROPERTY DISTRIBUTION BETWEEN PUBLIC LEGAL ENTITIES

Abstract
The analysis of information concerning the activities of the state bodies and the bodies of loca l sel f-gover n ment g ives t he ev idence of the i ntensity of t he processes of property redistribution between public legal entities. However to day the legal regulation of this sphere of social relations is not systematic. The relevant legal institution is represented by a significant number of normative legal acts of both federal and regional level. Since the above stated legal institution has not lost its relevance as an essential attribute of the institute of authorities’ redistribution, the author suggests to undertake all reasonable steps for the systematization of the existing legal acts in this sphere.
