Abstract

Transfer of the industry to new technologies is accompanied by the formation of new social relations. This requires, on the one hand, the coordination of interests of all parties involved: the state, the owners (shareholders) and employees; on the other hand, - new principles in the organization of wages on the basis of an individual assessment of labour and functions, carried out by the employee. The above mentioned transformation requires appropriate changes in legislation. Some experience in the regulation of social and economic relations at the stage of the transition to new technologies has been accumulated by developed countries. This experience has gained development in the form of «social control» and requires practical implementation regarding specifics of socio-economic development of Russia.
