New industrialization as a condition for the transition to innovative model of Russian economic development

Abstract

The article explains the meaning and the content of a new industrialization as an important and integral phase of the transition of the Russian economy to the innovative development model. The paper proves that the restoration and further development of the national industry on a new high technology basis forms the key content of a new industrialization. In this context the authors specify the priorities of the state industrial policy and the basic requirements to the institutional environment of «a new industrialization».
