Abstract
The paper analyzes the situation with training of the staff, necessary for the development of high-tech branches of the Russian Federation industry. Basing on the cluster approach to the industrial development, the paper provides a tool kit, which makes possible to build effective cooperation of JSC Roselektronika divisions with universities and RAS institutions.
