Abstract
The article describes the features of the creation of technological platforms and innovation clusters. The main attention is paid to the comparative analysis of the content of technological platforms in Russian and European practice, to possible scenarios of their development. The article also focuses on the analysis of the role the cluster approach to solving the problems of enhancing innovation processes in concrete regions and in Russia as a whole.
