Concepts of federalism and the political process

Abstract

The author investigates the genesis of federalism' concepts as well as the evolution of scientific ideas related to the existence of a federal system of government and public service. The author examines the scientific background which had formed the foundation for developing a general theory of federalism as well as concepts that greatly expanded the subject matter of federalism in the twentieth century.
