Journal "Federalism" and "federalism" in Russia

Abstract
Basing on the numerous articles, earlier published in Federalism journal, the author examines the evolution of views on the problems of federal relations' development in Russia. The paper presents the author's treatment of the reasons of this evolution and contains the hypothesis, concerning the most probable directions of research of this problem.
