Article Design

The text shall be made in WORD format (*doc, *docx) and include:

The principle text is typed by print TimeNewRoman 14 ordinary, interval - 1.5, leveled by width. Each paragraph shall start with the indented line, break off - 1.25. The title of section, points and sub-points are typed by print TimeNewRoman 14 semi-bold, italic and leveled by center. Sections are separated from the previous one by a blank line, from the subsequent text - also by one blank line.

1. In the annotation the essence and topicality of the problem are identified. The annotation volume is 100-250 word by italics.

2. After-text references. They shall be typed by print TimesNewRomal 12 ordinary, interval 1.0. Break-off - 1.25. All references are given in a list at the end of the article with continuous numeration. In the text in square brackets the reference number and page should be given. In case of reference to the source the corresponding publishing house is to be mentioned.

For instance:

In the text:…is given in the work by bibliographer I.M. Kaufman [59, pp.55-67].In the after-text reference: 59. Kaufman, I.M. Terminological Dictionary: bibliography. M.: Prosvescheniye, 1961. p.254.

3. References to legislative acts shall be given by pages.

4. Footnotes (continuous numeration), print - 12 with interval 1.0.

5. Numeration of tables, figures and formulas is continuous.

6. Page parameters:

  • upper margin - 2.0;
  • lower margin - 2.5;
  • left margin - 2.0;
  • right margin - 1.5;
7. Inverted commas: «…»

Tables shall be plotted by table cells Word. Print TimesNewRoman 12 ordinary, interval 1.0. It is recommended that each point of the table should correspond to its own cell; do not use paragraph symbols to split lines. The text and figures inside the cell shall be leveled only by standard ways but not by gaps, paragraphs or extra blank lines. Do not use color marking, it will be lost during making-up.

Diagrams are plotted in black and white, preferably in Excel (the file must include initial numerical data connected with the Figure) or CoreDraw (do not transform the text into curves, as it is always edited. Do not import files in graphic formats into file *.cdr and do not export files *.cdr in other formats).

If possible try to avoid plotting diagrams in Word, as preparation to making-up requires serious extra work. Figures and Diagrams made in Word shall be grouped inside one unit, otherwise by a slightest shift of the page bounds, which is inevitable, elements can be displaced.

Foreign words in the text of the article shall be given in italics.

Do not use scanned, exported or taken from the Internet graphic materials and do not insert them in documents Word. The quality of such materials usually is not suitable for printing.

Authors bear full responsibility for trustworthiness of produced bibliographic data up to the refusal to publish the material.
