On the life of Russian pensioners

Abstract
The paper presents the results of the study of Russian pensioners' standard of living, including subsistence consumption of goods and provision of durable goods. It is proposed instead of subsistence - state regulation of the standard income measure - to use the minimum consumer budget. Regional replacement rates are also considered.
