Развитие агропромышленной отрасли экономики находится в сильной зависимости от региональных факторов. Динамично развивающие- ся технологии растениеводства, животноводства, пищевой промыш- ленности ведут к неизбежным изменениям структуры хозяйствующих субъектов в агропромышленной сфере. Определенную роль вносят и процессы цифровизации, которые призваны обеспечить повышение уровня продовольственной безопасности нашей страны. Сегодня раз- витие агропромышленной сферы сталкивается с усилением влияния совокупности факторов. Очевидно существенное влияние региональных факторов на изменение структуры предприятий агропромышленной отрасли. Существенные региональные особенности наблюдаются в связи с экономическими, социальными, демографическими, климатическими, научно-техническими факторами. В статье рассматриваются осо- бенности структурных изменений в агропромышленной сфере регионов Приволжского федерального округа, происходящих на современном этапе под воздействием совокупности факторов. Проведен анализ изменения доли собственности на земли сельскохозяйственного назначения в реги- онах округа и осуществлена их группировка в зависимости от площади земель и доли частной собственности, собственности юридических лиц, государственной и муниципальной собственности. Предложены пер- спективные направления структурных изменений в агропромышленной отрасли регионов Приволжского федерального округа.

The development of the agro-industrial sector of the economy is highly dependent on regional factors. Dynamically evolving technologies in crop production, livestock farming, and the food industry are leading to inevitable changes in the structure of economic entities in the agro-industrial sector. Digitalization processes, which are designed to improve the level of food security in our country, also play a certain role. Today, the development of the agro- industrial sector is facing increasing pressure from a combination of factors. Regional factors are clearly having a significant impact on the changing structure of agro-industrial enterprises. Significant regional peculiarities are observed in economic, social, demographic, climatic, scientific and technical factors. The article examines the features of structural changes in the agro-industrial sector of the regions of the Volga Federal District, occurring at the present stage under the influence of a combination of factors. An analysis of changes in the share of ownership of agricultural land in the regions of the district was conducted and they were grouped depending on the area of land and the share of private ownership, ownership of legal entities, state and municipal ownership. Prospective directions for structural changes in the agro-industrial sector of the Volga Federal District regions are proposed.
