В последнее время резко ухудшились международные отношения, спровоцировав эрозию наднациональных правозащитных институтов. На этом фоне Россия вышла из Совета Европы и, соответственно, из-под юрисдикции Европейского суда по правам человека. В федеральное законодательство внесены нормы о защите граждан России от международных органов, чьи решения противоречат национальному законодательству. Однако это не решает в целом задачу защиты прав и свобод граждан России на наднациональном уровне. В статье делается вывод о необходимости более активного использования сохраняющихся возможностей защиты прав российских граждан на наднациональном уровне, а также создания новых альтернативных институтов защиты прав человека в рамках дружественных России международных объединений, таких как СНГ, ШОС и ЕАЭС.

Recently, international relations have deteriorated sharply, provoking the erosion of supranational human rights institutions. Against this background, Russia withdrew from the Council of Europe and, accordingly, from the jurisdiction of the European Court of Human Rights. Federal legislation has introduced norms on the protection of Russian citizens from international bodies whose decisions contradict national legislation. However, this does not solve the overall task of protecting the rights and freedoms of Russian citizens at the supranational level. The article concludes that it is necessary to make more active use of the remaining opportunities to protect the rights of Russian citizens at the supranational level, as well as to create new alternative institutions for the protection of human rights within the framework of international associations friendly to Russia, such as the CIS, the SCO and the EAEU.
