Накопленная задолженность регионов, достигнув два года назад 2 трлн руб., остается стабильной. В то же время ее структура в зависимости от субъекта РФ претерпевает значительные изменения, что связано со смещением задач развития регионов в сторону обеспечения социальной стабильности. Анализ тенденций управления региональными долгами показывает, что задачи развития реального сектора экономики и привлечения инвестиций отходят на второй план.
The accumulated debt of the regions, which reached the level of 2 trillion rubles two years ago, remains stable. At the same time, its structure, depending on the subject of the Russian Federation, is undergoing significant changes due to the shift of the regions’ development objectives towards ensuring social stabi l ity. A nalysis of trends i n the reg ional debt management shows that the t ask of the development of real sector of economy and the attraction of investments has paled into minor significance.
