В статье анализируется текущая ситуация с кадровым обеспечением инновационного территориального кластера ядерно-физических и нанотехнологий «Дубна». Обосновывается необходимость исследования кадровых потребностей организаций кластера, для разработки и реализации специализированных программ по кадровому обеспечению с учетом специфики ситуации на рынке труда региона.
The paper analyzes the current situation with staffing of the innovative territorial cluster of nuclear-physical and nanotechnology "Dubna". The paper proves the necessity to research staffing needs of the organizations of the cluster with the aim to develop and to implement specialized programs for staffing regarding to the specific labor market situation in the region.
