В статье анализируется двадцатилетний опыт выстраивания социальной политики в Дубне по подготовке современных кадров для нужд города. Показаны различные подходы и конкретные инструменты взаимодействия с российскими работодателями, позволяющие выстроить результативное партнерство инновационной триады «наука-образование-бизнес», делая акцент на образовательный компонент.
The article examines two decades experience in forming social policy in Dubna focused at modern personnel training for the needs of the city. The paper shows various approaches and specific tools for the interaction with Russian employers, allowing to set productive partnership of the innovative triad "science-education-business" with an emphasis on the educational component.
