Дается оценка хода региональной информатизации, раскрываются противоречия между унифицированными задачами и неодинаковыми возможностями регионов в этом процессе. Анализируется роль крупных городов как «точек роста» региональной информатизации. Показаны проблемы российской глубинки - «белого пятна» региональной информатизации.
The article presents evaluation of progress in regional informatization, describes contradictions between the unified objectives and unequal opportunities of the regions in this process. The author analyzes the role of large cities as «growth points» of regional informatization and as well the problems of Russian province as «white spots» of regional informatization.
