На примере ОЭЗ «Дубна» и проекта «Сколково», рассматривается роль наукоградов в формировании национальной инновационной системы Российской Федерации. Характеризуются основные проблемы, требующие решения для эффективного развития НИС.

On the example of the SEZ Dubna and the project Skolkovo the article examines the role of science cities in the formation of the national innovation system of the Russian Federation. Major problems that need solutions for the effective development of NIS are characterized.
