В статье рассматриваются факторы, препятствующие переходу отечественной экономики к инновационной модели. Доказывается, что главным препятствием формирования в России экономики инноваций является отсутствие интереса предпринимателей и населении к инновационной продукции. Конкретизируются механизмы «запуска» в России инновационных процессов.
The article considers factors that prevent the transition of the national economy to the innovative model. The paper argues that the main obstacle to forming the economy of innovations in Russia is connected with the lack of interest of businessmen and population in innovative production. The authors outline starting mechanisms of innovative processes in Russia.
